You can fill in the order form on line by clicking on the link below. You will be asked if you want to ‘open’ or ‘save’ the document. You should ‘save’ the order form to your documents, then complete it and then attach it to an email sent to the email address linked below.
To conveniently insert the quantities, product codes and the product description use the drop down menus in the order form .
You can submit the order direct to our manager by email or print it off and fax it or post it with your payment.
Please note that due to Voluntary Sector Policy, generally an order cannot be dispatched until full payment has been received by our office.
However it is possible to apply for a credit account. Please contact the accounts department for details.
